Ciamar a tha na planntraisean aig Agnes a’ faighinn air adhart?

Gaelic Gàidhlig

[Agnes] Halò, tha mi air ais anns an tunnel an-diugh. Chan e latha uabhasach càilear a-muigh ach tha e gu math càilear a-staigh an seo. Chan eil e ro bhlàth an-diugh idir agus mar sin tha e tòrr nas fhasa a bhith ag obair ann. Tha mi an-diugh a’ dol air ais gu sìol a chur mi bho chionn dhà no trì seachdainean agus tha planntraisean sin dìreach a-nis a’ tighinn air adhart. Tha mi a’ dol a ghabhail an rolagan pàipeir a tha seo, rolagan a bhios ann am meadhan toilet paper, agus dol ga chleachdadh mar phoit bheag Ach airson gun urrainn dhomh compost a chur ann agus gun glèidh an compost, tha mi a’ dol a ghearradh pìos a-mach às a’ bhucais uighean a tha seo agus tha e fhèin air a dhèanamh a-mach à pàipear. Agus tha mi a’ dol a chur an dà rud an ceann a chèile agus an uair sin a’ dol a chur a’ phlanntrais a-steach ann. Agus cuiridh mi seo a-nis a-rithist air ais fo beagan bhlàths, fo aodach a dh’aon’ ghnothaich a th’ agam airson cumail blàths agus a-rithist an ceann dhà no trì seachdainean tha mi an dòchas gu bheil sin a ciallachadh gun tig iad air adhart. Agus airson a h-uile càil a th’ ann a dol dhan an t-ùir agus tha sin an uair sin a’ ciallachadh nach eil thu a’ dèanamh milleadh no miastadh air na freumhan. Tha an lus a’ tighinn air adhart mar a tha còrr aige. Agus an-diugh, tha mi dol a dhèanamh beagan cur air spring onions agus cò aige a tha fios, mus tèid cus ùine seachad ’s dòcha gum bi sinn ann an suidheachadh gun urrainn dhuinn an cleachdadh sinn fhìn còmhla ri an leiteas againn fhèin air làithean brèagha.

How are Agnes’s plants getting on?

English Beurla

[Agnes] Hello, I’m back in the tunnel today. It isn’t a very pleasant day outside but it’s very pleasant inside here. It isn’t very warm today and so it’s a lot easier to be working in here. Today I’m going to go back to seeds that I planted two or three weeks ago, and those plants are just now coming along. I’m going to take this paper roll, roll from the middle of toilet paper, and going to use it as a wee pot. But so that I can put compost in it and so that the compost stays in, I’m going to cut a bit out of this egg box, and it is made out of paper itself. And I’m going to put the two pieces on top of each other and then going to put the plant in. And I’ll now put this back for some warmth again, under clothes that are the only thing I have to keep them warm and again after two or three weeks I hope this will mean they will come along. And everything goes into the earth and that means that you don’t ruin or mess with the roots. The plant is coming along as it should. And today, I’m going to plant some spring onions and who knows, after some time maybe we’ll be in a position that we can use our own with our own lettuce on nice days.
